Last updated: 1 January 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the AYE: Ace Your Edge website and the services offered through it.
AYE: Ace Your Edge (“AYE”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a brand operated by VYAVI ENTERPRISES (“Company”). By using our website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Assessment & Career Guidance Disclaimer and Booking, Rescheduling & Service Delivery Policy.
Please review the relevant policies before purchasing. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with the relevant transaction.
2. Scope of services

-
Cover letters and other application-related documents.
-
Academic, educational and professional document editing, proofreading and refinement.
-

The exact scope, deliverables, price, turnaround time, revision arrangements and other applicable conditions will be stated on the relevant service page, quotation, order confirmation or written agreement.
Only the deliverables expressly included in the confirmed purchase are covered. Additional documents, substantial changes in scope or services not included in the original agreement may require a separate quotation or payment.
3. Customer information and cooperation
Customers must provide accurate, complete and timely information reasonably required to deliver the purchased service.
Depending on the service, this may include academic records, career preferences, assessment details, existing drafts, resumes, application requirements, supporting documents, relevant deadlines and other information necessary for the work.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the information they supply and notifying AYE of errors, omissions or changes that may affect the service.
AYE is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by incomplete, incorrect or late information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law and any commitments expressly agreed in writing.
4. Psychometric assessments and career guidance
Psychometric assessments and career guidance are intended to support self-understanding, career exploration and informed education or career decisions.
Customers must carefully select the relevant assessment or service before payment. Where an assessment is purchased, the selected assessment will ordinarily be treated as final after payment. Assessment changes will not ordinarily be permitted after payment and will not be permitted after the assessment has been attempted, except where required by law or where AYE agrees to a correction before the assessment is attempted.
The assessment must be completed by the intended participant, using honest and independent responses. Parents or guardians may assist with logistical matters but must not answer assessment questions on a participant's behalf.
Assessment results and recommendations are not guarantees of admission, employment, salary, academic performance or career success. Final decisions remain with the individual and, where appropriate, their parent or guardian.
5. Document editing and application-document services
AYE may provide editing, proofreading, refinement, structural feedback and related writing assistance for SOPs, visa SOPs, resumes/CVs, cover letters, LORs and other educational or professional application documents.
Customers must provide accurate source information and ensure that personal achievements, qualifications, experiences, employment history, intentions and other factual statements are genuine.
AYE's editing services do not authorise the fabrication of credentials, experiences, achievements, recommendations or supporting evidence. AYE will not knowingly assist in creating materially false or misleading application information.
Where a document is intended to represent the customer's personal experiences, qualifications or views, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the final document truthfully represents them and complies with the relevant institution's, employer's, visa authority's or other recipient's rules on authorship, editing and external assistance.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the final document before submission. AYE does not guarantee admission, visa approval, employment, scholarships, interviews or any other application outcome.
6. Originality and intellectual property
Customers must have the right to provide all materials, images, text, data and documents submitted to AYE for use in the work.
AYE's original materials, frameworks, templates, branding and website content remain owned by or licensed to the Company, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The ownership and permitted use of customer-specific deliverables will be governed by the applicable service description or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer may use the final paid deliverables for their intended personal, educational or professional purpose once the applicable payment obligations have been fulfilled.
Third-party assessment instruments, software, licensed materials and other third-party intellectual property remain subject to their respective owners' terms.
Customers must not resell or commercially redistribute AYE's proprietary materials or assessment content without permission.
7. Revisions and approvals
Where revisions are included, the number, scope and timeline will be stated in the relevant service description, quotation or written agreement.
Customers should provide consolidated and specific feedback within the agreed review period. A request that changes the original brief, introduces new information or requires substantial additional work may be treated as additional scope.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the final deliverables before submitting or using them.
8. Prices and payments
Applicable prices, taxes, payment terms and deliverables will be displayed or communicated before purchase. Where a price is displayed as inclusive of GST, the applicable tax is included in that displayed price.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms. An order is confirmed when the applicable payment and confirmation process is complete.
Customers should retain their order confirmation and transaction reference.
9. Confidentiality and personal information
AYE will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Customers should provide only information reasonably necessary for the service. They should not provide passwords, one-time passwords, full payment-card credentials or other unnecessary confidential access information.
Confidentiality may be subject to legal obligations, third-party provider requirements and other exceptions disclosed in the Privacy Policy or applicable agreement.
10. Third-party services and external decisions
AYE may use third-party providers for assessment administration, payments, website hosting, booking, communication and other operational functions.
Customers remain responsible for complying with the requirements of universities, colleges, employers, visa authorities, examination bodies and other organisations relevant to their use of the deliverables.
AYE cannot control independent decisions made by such organisations.
11. Availability and changes
We may update website content, services, prices and these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be published on the website with an updated date.
Changes will not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or retrospectively alter a confirmed purchase in a manner prohibited by law.
12. Complaints and liability
Customers should contact AYE promptly if they believe a service has not been delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of assessment results, guidance or edited documents. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits applicable consumer rights.
